Renaissance Park ||| 44.84 kW Solar Plant  , Bangalore

One of the landmark project in our Apartment portfolio is Renaissance Park 3  (RP 3) Apartment . The whole journey started when RP 3 apartment association called us to have an initial discussion regarding their need of a Solar Rooftop plant. The challenges were quite a many but whole EcoSoch team along with help of apartment association members were able to overcome these problems.

Challenges:

There were quite a few engineering challenges with this project such as rooftop space availability, shadow from the buildings etc. A certified structural engineer designs the structure . Detailed drawings of the structure and roof were modeled and submitted for approval.

Bescom Approvals, Material delivery and Technical Site Visit:

While this time in parallel a lot of activities happen. Initial government approvals  for net-metering, ordering the material from different vendors and preparation of final Engineering Drawings. We at EcoSoch Solar have different department which takes care and work in sync to make any project happen.

Installation Phase:

Once we had the initial approvals and materials being delivered at site, the installation team was ready to show their magic. The installation was carried out within the deadlines. Thanks to the installation team who keeps on working hard to make it happen.

Project Management:

We will also like to emphasize on the importance of managing these projects. A lot of activities happen when a solar company is constructing any project. All these activities have to play like an ensemble. We have a team of skilled people who with time has learned to make these project happen.

Commissioning:

Once the installation is carried out, government bodies inspects and commissions the system. Activities like meter fixing, synchronizing the system with grid and giving the final reports comes under this activity.

Inauguration of the plant:

The Solar plant commissioned by Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka- Dr. C.N. Ashwathnarayan. Sir emphasized on making the cities more self sufficient and sustainable. He also touched on the topic of urban mobility among other.

Operation and Maintenance:

Solar Care handles day to day activities such as monitoring the plant. Giving training to the inhouse team on how to clean the solar modules etc.
